Asparagus Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

* 2 pounds fresh asparagus, trimmed, steamed, and drained
* 2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
* 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
* 1/3 cup salad oil
* 1/4 teaspoon sugar
* 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
* 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
* 1 green onion, finely chopped, with some green
* 1 hard-cooked egg, sliced

Preparation:
Place asparagus in a shallow dish. In bowl,combine vinegars, oil, sugar, relish, and parsley and green onion. Pour dressing over asparagus. Chill until serving time. Just before serving, garnish with egg slices. Serves 4 to 6.
